Rachael and Adam were married in Dayton KY on Saturday May 11, 2013. We photographed their Cincinnati engagement session last year.
The day started with Chloe and I photographing the Boys at Millionaire’s Row area of Covington KY. This are is a favorite place to photograph bridal party, so much so that in the 30 minutes we were there waiting on Adam and the boys, there were 6 bridal parties which stopped by cobblestone roads and brick building facades of the Millionaire’s Row. It was also interesting to note that all of the guys from our party and the 6 others we wearing grey tuxedos. I guess it is a zeitgeist in wedding fashion in 2013. We also stopped by the Newport on the Levee and Purple People Bridge to capture the guys while Rachael was getting ready with Angela at Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati.
When the ladies were finished with their preparation, we photographed them at the Millionaire’s Row as well. Since the guys weren’t there we found another bridal party’s guys and took a fun picture with them. See what I mean about the Gray tuxedos?
Millionaire’s Row Bridal Portraits
After the portraits we drove to St. Bernard Church in Dayton KY for the ceremony. The ceremony included tradition Catholic themes as well as a Jewish tradition of breaking the glass.
The reception was held at Longworth Hall where we setup our Awesome Unboxed Photo Booth with 5×7 prints for everyone and a signature album for Rachael and Adam.
